The Bumper Banner

Amendment 1 Media is a Charleston, S.C. based marketing company, which created a removable bumper sticker system where users print “bumper stickers” from their website and display them in a plastic device, eliminating the permanent mess of bumper stickers forever.

Objective

The company needed a business plan, a dynamic website and method of hosting and printing formatted “bumper stickers” online.

Solution

We spent months consulting with the founders and worked through various economic models, finally drafting a completed business plan while they worked on the design of the display device. The existing website is a third-generation design which is powered by web standards-compliant code and a custom PHP/MySQL content management system that allows the company to rapidly deploy client mini-sites. The “bumper sticker” widget was created in Flash and has several interactive elements for users to make their own “banners”.
