BluegrassCountry is the only 24-hour Internet radio station in the world broadcasting hosted bluegrass music programs. Tens of thousands of listeners around the world tune in every day.
Objective
The website contained hundreds of static HTML pages with multiple design incarnations publicly available. The navigation was inconsistent and there was nowhere for the active online audience to connect with each other.
Solution
We created a single design, standardized the navigation and reworked the layout using web standards-compliant XHTML and CSS. Custom PHP templates made content management easier and increased the interoperability of the site. An online community was introduced and quickly blossomed to 1,000+ members.
