We started as a consultancy in 2000 to help social missions operate more efficiently though information technology. Along the way, we began developing products as well that filled a gap or two. Led by Frank and Karoline Neville-Hamilton, we focused on human centered design, strategy, and systems analysis. Our projects often encompassed other professionals with whom we collaborated. in 20212, the practice spun off into two separate companies; Presspoint and Silver Tree.
