Holistic Technical Assessments

A Holistic Technical Assessment is an interdisciplinary evaluation of how an organization uses technology to achieve strategic and operational integration. This generally begins with either a one-day all-staff meeting or a series of one-on-one interviews where organizational processes are documented visually. Over the next few weeks, those processes are analyzed against the organization’s strategic plan to refine the distinct understandings of where the organization is now and where it needs to evolve to in regards to technology. The final deliverable is a detailed matrix of observations and recommendations along with supplemental narratives and visuals, which lay out a concrete plan for the organization to follow, modify or fundraise around.
